Images must feature the member in appropriate legal attire (substantive courtroom dress/band/gown as prescribed by the Bar Council of India). Casual, filtered, cropped social media photos, or non-biometric selfies are strictly prohibited.
- Intellectual Property & Copyright Ownership: Users must not upload graphics, stock photos, chart designs, or banner images unless they own the copyright or have obtained explicit written licensing from the original creator. Uploading watermarked images from search engines or third-party premium stock sites without a valid commercial invoice is a legal violation.

Any violation will attract immediate suspension and dynamic legal reporting under Section 67 of the IT Act, 2000.
- Courtroom & Case Media Restrictions: No member shall upload photographs of confidential court proceedings, sealed case documents, inside-courtroom pictures (unless officially permitted by the respective Hon'ble High Court/Supreme Court guidelines), or images violating client confidentiality privileges.
